STREET LEAGUE FANTASY SKATEBOARDING OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: Street League Fantasy Skateboarding is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry ("Participant"). Certain participants shall also to be eligible to participate in the Street League Fantasy Skateboarding contest ("the Contest") To be eligible to win any Contest prize, the winner must be a legal resident of the United States currently living in the United States, must be 18 or older (19 or older if residents of Alabama or Nebraska), and not living in Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, North Dakota, Tennessee, or Vermont ("Eligible Participant"). ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY PRIOR TO RECEIVING ANY CONTEST PRIZE. Employees of Street League Skateboarding, RealTime Fantasy Sports, Inc. ("RealTime"), any Street League participant and their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, managers, agents, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Releasees"), and immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in households of each, whether or not related, are not Eligible Participants and shall thus be ineligible to receive any Contest Prize. Please note that the Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside of the United States and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

CONTEST DATES: The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 28, 2011 (the "Contest Period"). The Contest shall include only one (1) fantasy season (the "Season") consisting of the following Street League Skateboarding Contest Events, broken into Contest Events (each an "Event") as set forth in the chart below.

RealTime Fantasty Sports' computers are the official record keeping device for the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER: Anytime during the Contest Period, go online to http://www.streetleague.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address.  P.O. Boxes are not permitted.  PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED SHALL BE DONE SO PURSUANT TO STREET LEAGUE’S PRIVACY POLICY. Once you have registered, for each Event follow the directions to draft your team of five (5) Street League skateboarders.  You may select two (2) skateboarders from the first group of six skateboarders, and three (3) skateboarders from the second group of skateboarders. Participants will also select a “Tie Breaker Skateboarder” who will not count toward the Participants fantasy score and will be used only in the event of a tie.  The selected skateboarders shall comprise the Participant’s team (“Team”) for the Event. The deadline for drafting your Team and locking in your picks is 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Check http://www.streetleague.com for official event times. Please note the Event Dates & Times are subject to cancellation and/or change. Should any event be changed or cancelled, Participants Team shall be withdrawn and Participant will need to select a new team should the event be held on an alternate date.

Each Participant is limited to drafting one (1) Team per Street League event during the Contest Period. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than one (1) Team by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other method will void all Participant's entries and he/she will be disqualified from further participation in the Contest and from winning any Contest Prize. Entry into the Contest shall constitute and signify Participant’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the Participant’s name, city, state, and Entry in connection with the Contest, worldwide in all media, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

WINNER DETERMINATION:

a. Scoring: Street League will judge all skateboarders, in its sole discretion, and its scores are final and binding in all respects. RealTime is responsible for all calculations and score comparisons during the Contest. After each event, each Participant's score will be calculated as follows:
1.  For each skateboarder on your Team, you will receive a score between 0 and 10 points per landed trick during the Event and Event qualifying, based on Street Leagues's standard scoring.
2.  For each skateboarder on your Team, you will receive a bonus of four (4) points for any skateboarder who lands 5 consecutive tricks in any section or a bonus of seven (7) points for any skateboarder landing seven (7) consecutive tricks in any section.
3.  For each skateboarder on your Team, you will receive a bonus of ten (10) points for any trick by said skateboarder that is awarded the best in section. For each skateboarder on your Team, you will receive a bonus of ten (10) points for any trick by said skateboarder that is awarded the best in event.
4.  Your total score for each event will be the sum of your skateboarders' scores ("Total Score").
5.  The decision of Street League, and its judges regarding points and awards is final and binding.
b. Street League Fantasy Contest Prizes: For the Season, there are three (3) events. The Eligible Entrants with the highest combined Total Score for the Season will be deemed the potential Street League Fantasy Contest Prize winners.  In case of a tie, the Eligible Entrant with the highest score from any event of the Season will be deemed the winner. If necessary, an alternate will be selected based on the next highest combined Total Score for the Season.
 

WINNER REQUIREMENTS: Eligible Entrants who qualify to win any Contest or Event Prizes will be notified by email, mail or phone on or around October 15, 2011. Each Eligible Entrant who is a Contest or Event Prize winner will be required to execute and return to Administrator, within Five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an copy of a government issued identification along with an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, Publicity & Travel Release (“Affidavit”) in order to claim his/her prize. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide the required documentation or fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize shall be deemed forfeited and will be awarded to the next highest Eligible Entrant. In such case, an alternate winner will be determined based on the Eligible Entrant's point totals for the Season. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify Eligible Entrant’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use said person’s name, city, state, likeness, Entry and/or prize information in connection with the Contest, worldwide in all media, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

PRIZES:
ONE (1) SEASON GRAND PRIZE: Bill My Parent's Debit Card with $10,000.00 value. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $10,000usd.
ONE (1) SEASON SECOND PRIZE: 12 Pairs of DC Shoes. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $700.00usd.
ONE (1) SEASON THIRD PRIZE: 12 Cases of Monster Energy Drink and a Monster Energy Drink Mini-Refrigerator. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $700.00usd.
ONE (1) SEASON FOURTH PRIZE: Product packs from Nixon watches and Street League Skateboarding. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $200.00usd.
THREE (3) EVENT PRIZES: A Nixon watch. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $100.00usd.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal value or comparable use for any reason. Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to Administrator and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes, fees, and costs. Winner must provide Administrator with a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.

RELEASE: By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Street League Skateboarding, RealTime, Administrator, and each of their parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and public relations agencies, and the respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agencies of each (collectively “Releasees”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Entries become the property of the Sponsor (as defined below) and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any Eligible Entrant’s potentially winning entry is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. An entry submitted through any other method is void. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry is made. An Internet access provider, service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address, deems the authorized account holder as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address. An Eligible Entrant may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potential winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any Participant from using the Websites or participating in the Contest, and refuse to award points or prize if Participant engages in any conduct Sponsor deems to be improper, unfair, detrimental, unsportsmanlike, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Websites, Contest or other Participants. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to falsifying personal information required during registration, entry, or prize claim, supplying any information designed to circumvent any provision of these Official Rules, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating points or prize through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use Participant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating points or prize, or trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs on the Websites. Participants agree to return prize that they have won as a result of such conduct.

By participating, Participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which will be final in all matters with respects to the Contest and the Prize.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS: Any attempt by a Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or Websites, tamper with the submission process, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Participants, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any entry or Participant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and no prize will be awarded as Sponsor determines in their sole discretion. Notice of any cancellation, termination or modification will be posted on the Website. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. No correspondence regarding entries will be entered into with Participants. Sponsor shall have the right to modify, use, assign or dispose of such entries however they see fit without approval of Participants or any third party. Participants grant Sponsor the right to use their names, images, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical materials, and submissions, for advertising, publicity and promotion purposes including posting the Entries online or any other purpose or on a winner’s list and other online announcements, and for sharing the Entries with the local press for viewing, whether TV or print, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. U.S. law governs the Contest.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

PARTICIPANT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from Participant is subject to Street League Skateboading’s Privacy Policy. Any information collected may be used by Street League Skateboarding’s sponsors or third party partners for promotional opportunities, subject to Participant opting out pursuant to the above detailed privacy policy.

WINNER LIST: For the Winner List requests available after November 1, 2011, send an email with the subject line "Street League Skateboarding 2011 Winner’s List Request," to support@rtsports.com no later than February 1, 2012.
